Operation is electromechanical. Lifting takes place by means of rolled trapezoidal screws, made of high-strength steel, with fine pitch to make the trolleys self-braking. The load-bearing nut is made of bronze and is combined with a second safety nut of the same height and quality of materials, self-protected by electrical safety. The sliding guides are made of high-resistance solid drawn steel. Inside each trolley there are 6 large, highly resistant wheels, which guarantee perfect grip and smoothness. The lubrication of the screws is always ensured by a system mounted directly on the bearing nut.

Between the 4 carriages there is a synchronization controlled by a management PLC system, which controls the realignment in the face of a difference greater than 15mm.

The platforms are large. "Man present" command. All the most exposed parts are painted with epoxy powder.
