KONFORT 720 TOUCH is equipped with automatic functions for the recovery and recycling of the refrigerant and for the draining of the oil.
The quantities of oil and UV tracer are controlled by an automatic valve system, leaving the operator with only a few simple manual operations.

A big display for big results
The KONFORT TOUCH stations are equipped with a 10-inch color multi-TOUCH display, which gives them great usability and allows you to always have a clear view of the operations to be carried out. Furthermore, the innovative graphic interface was developed to ensure a truly intuitive experience of using the software, facilitating a quick reading of the displayed data.

Many connection modes
The great practicality of use of the KONFORT TOUCH line and its smart approach also lie in the possibility of using the Wi-Fi connectivity for a series of activities, such as:
– print reports in A4 format;
– reception of software and firmware updates in real time;
– remote technical assistance;
– connection to the myTEXA portal;
– connection with the KONFORT Mobile APP.

The Bluetooth module also allows you to connect the stations with different accessories, such as the air conditioning efficiency kit.

There is also a practical USB socket, which can be used to make backups of the reports of the services performed and of the entire system. Also very useful for installing software updates if the workshop does not have a network
Wifi.

Paper reports always at hand
In addition to the integrated thermal printer, KONFORT TOUCH allows you to print completed maintenance reports via Wi-Fi and in A4 format, using any printer connected to the workshop's Internet network.

KONFORT APP
Thanks to a dedicated APP, the stations interface with Android and iOS smartphones, to be able to follow, even remotely, the progress of the maintenance and charging procedures.

The technician receives notification of any anomalies and is informed when the service is completed.
Furthermore, with the new APP, it is possible to easily view and manage the maintenance services performed even if the station is turned off.

Android operating system everything is even easier
The KONFORT TOUCH have been designed to be extremely functional and able to simplify maintenance and charging operations as much as possible.

To achieve this, the embedded Android 10 operating system was used.

A choice that allows for greater familiarity in activating the different commands, taking advantage of a very intuitive visual language and an interface full of infographics. Software updates are done automatically and securely.

Simple and intuitive user interface, starting the service is immediate
The interface has been designed to provide, in a single screen, all the information necessary for the user, so as to have direct access to the most useful operations. In a short time we move from the initial phases of activation of the station to the execution of the service.

The menu, within which it is possible to navigate very easily, takes advantage of the large display and reduces the "steps" to a minimum to start a charging service. The search mode "Smart selection by model" also allows you to find the vehicle you are working on simply by entering one or more keywords.

Online technical assistance. A specialized operator always available
Anyone who purchases a KONFORT TOUCH station has the certainty not only of using a product with high technological content, but also of being able to count on constant after-sales assistance.
To use this service, simply connect the station to the workshop's Wi-Fi network, access the Applications page of the software interface and select the Remote Assistance item.
From here it is possible to request the help of a specialized technician who will remotely take control of the KONFORT TOUCH to carry out maintenance activities in support of the operator present in the workshop. He will be able, for example, to activate the station, check its operating status and any errors it may have generated, calibrate the scales, check the solenoid valve group, and much more.

Quality and production certified ISO TS 16949 quality system
The KONFORT TOUCH line reflects the great attention paid by TEXA in the fields of design, research into materials, the adoption of new technologies and the automation of production processes, which have allowed the company to be ISO TS 16949 certified.
The highest quality was pursued in all phases: from development to 

the choice of components, from processing and assembly systems to distribution and after-sales support.
After assembly, the station enters the pre-testing section where the electrical checks and calibration of the scale sensors and pressure transducers take place. Functional testing instead verifies that all components and devices respond correctly to the various inputs and operate in accordance with specifications.
This operation also excludes the presence of defects within the hydraulic system and ensures the tightness of the various components. The final test takes place in a special sealed chamber in which helium is injected into the tank and throughout the charging station circuit; helium was chosen because its particularly small molecules allow even microscopic leaks to be identified.
The KONFORTs comply with the European CE/PED safety requirements and meet the American standards regarding refrigerant purity (SAE J2099 for R134a and R1234yf) and recovery efficiency of at least 95% of the R134a refrigerant (SAE J2788) and R1234yf (SAE J2843).
