Lifting takes place by means of a trapezoidal screw rolled in high resistance steel, with a fine pitch to make the trolleys self-braking. 4 sliding rollers for each single carriage coupled to 4 skates guarantee perfect adhesion and smoothness. In the event that the supporting nut becomes excessively worn, there is a mechanical device that blocks the movement. The operating device is composed of a microprocessor (PLC) for controlling synchronism and automatic realignment and managing the operating modes. Emergency button with self-retention on all columns.
