Instruction on withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and has a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery of the goods to do so, giving notice of wanting to withdraw and without having to provide any reasons.

The customer must notify Professional Mario of his decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract in one of the following ways:

- By submitting any other explicit written declaration, of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

- Filling the online form

Returns

Once the intention to withdraw from the contract has been communicated (with one of the methods listed above), the customer must independently and at his own expense return the returned goods.

The items must be returned in their entirety, packed in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition and bearing the transport document (present in the original packaging), in order to allow Professional Mario to identify the order number and the customer .

It will be the responsibility of the consumer to ship the returned merchandise to the address: Professional Mario c / o Bertorotta srl Via Acquicella Porto 17/23, 95121 Catania - Telephone 095 281025

Only under these conditions will the customer be entitled to a full refund of the value of the goods purchased.

Refunds

We try to process requests for returns and refunds as soon as possible.

Once we receive the return, our warehouse will check the status of the returned goods. Once the integrity of the products has been verified, we will issue the refund.

Refunds are made on the payment method used and the timing of re-credit depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Professional Mario will reimburse the price of the item being refunded, the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Customers who purchase with an invoice using a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal as the purchase of the product is part of the professional activity.
